This pavilion style home offers residents a luxurious escape immersed in nature, using a composition of curved and linear elements to hold spaces rather than enclose.

Material selections and landscape are key to the immersive experience, as the internal layout creates a sequence through public and private spaces all connected through a central living zone. 

The home allows its residents to manually open and close exterior walls, to suit the season. In summer, with pivoting screens take advantage of cooling breezes and turn away from the harsh afternoon sun. In winter these screens work in the reverse, to achieve more sustainable heat sources during the cooler months.
